Kedel has been manufacturing tungsten carbide alloy products for 18 years, during which we have encountered various challenges. Below are some concerns that customers have had before finalizing the transaction over the years
What are the raw materials of your products?
Our company uses the original powder of cemented cartide and newer uses recydled powder. Every purchase o rw materialsis guaranted by qualty inspection, which is the basis of product quality.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, we have a minimum order. For conventional products, the minimum order quantity is 10 pieces, and for unconventional products, it is usually 50 pieces
How to deal with the mold fee when the mold is need?
For new products, we provide tooling to customers. The tooling cost is typically borne by the customer. Once the purchase quantity reaches a specified threshold, the cost will be refunded by offsetting future orders
(Terms apply: Threshold quantity and offset details will be specified in the purchase agreement.)
What are your payment terms?
For new customers, we require 100% payment before production. For regular customers, the payment terms are 50% before production and 50% before delivery. T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), LC (Letter of Credit), and Western Union are all acceptable payment methods.
What is the average lead time?
For samples, the delivery cycle is approximately 7 days. For mass production, the delivery time is 20 – 30 days after receiving the deposit.
What is your main mode of transportation?
Our products are mainly transported by air freight, express delivery, sea freight and rail transport. We support four major international express delivery services, namely DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and EMS.
What is the product warranty?
Our products typically come with a one-year warranty. If customers encounter any issues upon receipt of the goods, please promptly contact us. In case of quality issues, we will arrange return or replacement services for customers at our expense.
